Cultural Diversity in the Workplace

One of the challenges facing managers in the workplace is the issue of cultural diversity.

We are a nation of immigrants. Our nation’s motto, “epluribus unum” (out of many, one), is a true reflection of this country.

We hope that the articles that have been included in this section will provide helpful ideas to human resource managers, managers, and supervisors who work with newcomers from different parts of the world.

If you have suggestions to help other managers, we would appreciate hearing from you.
